I am enough

I have been conditioned to always do my best. Always do my duties. Don't delay them, do them now. Meet up to the expectations. I have lived 50 years not competing, but always comparing myself to others and aware of how my work could be improved. How others are smarter, know more, more successful, earn more, etc. However, through craniosacral treatments and self-work I realised that I have to be conscious not letting life and expectations drive my life. I must slow down, and listen and align internally. To relax, to attend to my so called internal family systems, to follow my own Self. And more importantly, I have nothing to prove to the external world, even to my family. I do my best, based on my conscience, at my own peace, following my own path. I don't need their validation. I am good enough just as I am. I heard a good advice: "Prove nothing, always share". How true. If you are following your deepest true Self, you will work through your heart space, naturally do your best, and then you have to prove nothing. You will always share and be there for others. And at the same time, you live your life in peace and to the fullest. so, take a deep breath. Go into your body, feel the warmth of your heart. And realise. You are enough. You are perfect. Nothing to prove. Always share.
