Carl Jung had this mastery over archetypes, the different stages of transformation of physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological or psycho-emotional maturity. Especially, how do these ever evolving elements blend and work along with the intuitive and shadow side of our psyche. How each archetype is linked with our gut intelligence and keep interpreting who we are and how can we best function in this complex world of inner and outer circle of experiences. Are we looking within or outside our inherent abilities to witness the role that our shadow is playing as our inner representer.

It is hard to accept the darker features of one’s own personality yet, in this darkness resides light, deeper wisdom and potentiality to heal, restore inner balance and to awaken what feels blank. These psyches are part of an extended collective system, connecting from a cellular to an ethereal realm of quantum prospects. A massive big bang of awakening, through and recognising the various archetypal forms or offerings at each stage of our life.

Shadow awareness is our deep seated inner companion, it works wholly with our environment. Our thought can be derived from the depths of our unconscious, causing ripples of electro-magnetic charge in our bodies. The conception of this activation can be unknown, something beyond us or pre existing. There’s a great guidance in discovering our inner mysteries, and limitlessness while working in coherence with the parts that are hidden or events that we feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, sad or hurt about. In all actuality these form the course of our life and the way we experience or tune into our truths. The unseen, unknown magic held in our auric or magnetic field, emanating spacious frequencies and intelligence, impacting the core of our wellbeing. The way a thought creates these vibrations is a chance of how our shadow is shaping up our reality and a world of possibilities around. By constantly contacting the body and beyond. This push and pull of shadow acceptance of who we are, and how we embed it into elevating our experiences is imperative.

Self-care and awareness, an openness toward shadow responses is a natural way of reorganising our psyche and soma. The depth of self- mastery, where and how do we meet our shadow side. How does it feel knowing who we truly are & what prompts us in creating further meaning and purpose. How can we relate to others on the path of inner-evolution, making unconscious shadow-conscious. What makes it challenging in terms of accepting it? Is it shame, guilt, low self worth, past memories, traumas and patterns or hurtful experiences & resentments, inhibiting our growth and inner joy. How can we compassionately raise our vibrations by befriending our shadow side, by understanding and working through it rather than against it.
