Returning to our hearts

Is a way or a gentle practice of making friends with what’s not familiar. A blended process where our insights, fears & the inner voice is heard and respected deeply. The very essence of deeply listening in or a meaningful leaning into our core / the heart which gives us strength, safety and ability to be present :

Reflections:

And how are we coping up these days amidst challenging circumstances in an unsettled world?

What is our deepest story or an insight that is shareable in our own unique way?

What is soothing in these times of need, how are we recuperating, pausing & re-connecting with the outer world?

Are we recovering in a held communal space or alone ? What is our care plan or awareness towards mutuality?

There are amazing tools and resources all inside us yet to be discovered? And it is an incredibly powerful journey, our sacred returning.

How is our personal passage to neural recovery, newer pathways and our inner sense of safety coming up?

Are we open to exploring the inner softening and return to our hearts?

Are we acknowledging our fear/pain body whole heartedly or still clinging to it, expecting some change?

I feel it is truly amazing and essential to keep returning to our hearts. It’s a humbling practice and an extension of association and sharing our experiences with others and respecting theirs. Commit to your heart fully. Keep reaching out. Keep asking, trusting acknowledging, accepting and integrating.

When we are realizing to be non-judgmental towards ourselves and others, there’s this felt sense of healing and safety, emerging in our hearts and the nervous system, which collectively expands and heals. Learning a new love language of connection. This is when the return becomes a conduit of an unconditional understanding, resilience, growth and shared love.
