Tapping into your natural rhythms

(A simple presence process )


In my early morning meditative state,I started organically tapping into my right side of the lymph node in my neck and as I placed my right hand on it gently, listening to the rhythmic motions in a wide blue ocean, ebbing and flowing. I felt my entire neck or throat expanding as if it is supporting me to connect to a deep seated fear residing there for quite a while asking me to inquire the emotion present there while willingly working through it. A surge of white sadness washed over me like a bright luminous light encouraging me to take a leap of faith, trusting in whatever the part is reflecting upon is valuable.


When we talk to our parts (body/deeper layers/fascia/connective tissues) with a clear quality of intention and understanding, channeling through the ability to listen in, our inner critique starts to lose the tight grip on us. By inviting in presence, the idea is to stay and locate the stillness amidst chaos. To keep encouraging lovingly the parts to trust and speak.


Cultivating this ability to lean and listen in, silencing the clutter by just being or sitting with the part / parts is an act of courage and self discipline.


The moment I felt connected to my throat chakra there was a surge of blue energy release or a rock dropping into my heart centre. A much friendlier open space of expression and acceptance. My inner dynamics started to shift gradually from throat to heart, as a moment of recognition, a kind of anchoring in presence, by just sitting, listening and stilling.


Here are key features to support and to profoundly listen in:

1-Create a safe, quiet space within and around you.

2-Slowly breathe into your body inviting it to open and relax.

3-While relaxing locate where the body’s fluidic flow is coming from.

4-Once located talk to it, what is it asking you to do ? Wherever it takes you. Keep listening in. Bring your friendly awareness to the part located by establishing a gentle touch.

5-Keep following the symmetries or asymmetries.

6-Judge less and keep flexing and breathing in as the body is your inner guide.

7-Keep your soft attention flowing throughout the scan.

8-Your body knows when to stop and be still keep honouring that inner wisdom.


When you reach at a certain point of stillness thank the part (body/emotional/subtle/energetics) .


Carry on further scanning and note down shifts or conclude whenever you feel best supported and stable.


Journal the scan/scans and enjoy the presence process.
