When we lean into spaces of fear, fright, confusion, challenge, despair or any other unhelpful emotion or occurrence, we are strengthening ourselves with a gentle acknowledging of whatever there is, in this situation or life for us is a matter of flow, allowing and changing. We imagine of a life being perfect yet simply it's not and touching that painful recognition frees us from the tight grip of solidity of that feeling of perfection and dependency. With practice of stilling, sitting and being aware of the breath passing through our realities is a way of getting better at many nuances. Furthering this is a heartful extending of a friendly hand out to others especially in the current traumatic world. It's our human habit of escalating tensions, bringing is separation, projecting our behaviors onto others and in situations. This slipping into our habitual patterns and biases is a sheer chance to inquire the pain body, the unexpressed held sadness of a long time, the mind-body disconnect, constant disembodiment and dissociation.

Shielding the yearning heart to heal, turns into repressed anger, resulting in diseases, illnesses and various malformations and blockages.

What happens when one leans into that spot of discomfort rather than a quick general aptitude of avoidance, indulgence, fixations, guarding or other familiar distractions. Truth can be harsh yet massively transformative, pain is hard yet hugely transcending. Bringing in the quality of presence seems fatiguing and heavy, yet the outcome is fluid and ease. Here's a soft practice to rest in ease by following the rhythms of our internal landscape. Working with whatever is presented, taking it all in, yet being aware of non- escalating, speeding, or any kind of a shut down. It's a new muscle a, new practice, diversity in thinking feeling and being. Allowing and witnessing every element which is divided to come into heart as one whole unit of support and recuperation. As this renewed sense of rewired wholeness creates healthier ways of living, managing relationships and especially empowering self and others.

1-Find rest and quiet within and in your space around.

2-Start where you are at, bring in whatever is happening into the field.

3-Breathe in gently and exhale out opening and relaxing your jaw and face.

5-Notice whatever is arising in that quiet space.

6-The idea is to invite what matters the most unbiased.

7-Maybe a few or no, or one particular sense comes up, invite that in.

8-Your breath is helping and opening the space more. Let it be.

9-When you locate that spot, breathe in, lean in and gradually extend it out with the out breath each time.

10-Build this practice, it takes time and patience, now imagine any situation or anyone that is needing the same or a different kind of support, keep sending it. Find a reasonable moment to close the practice.
